Getting the most from your call to the Advice Line
If you are planning to ring our Advice Line we will want to help you as much as we can. It will therefore be useful for you to have any relevant documents beside you so we can advise you fully.
However if you do not have these documents to hand still contact us for support and we will do our best.
Useful documents might include:
- Your child’s Statement of Special Educational Needs
- Individual Education Plan (IEP)
- Letters/reports from the EA or your child’s school
- Reports from other professionals
